Sliced Carrot Achaar recipe by Shireen Anwer


Here’s the all time favorite recipe of Spicy Sliced Carrots Achaar by Shireen Anwer, that you can make just everyday or make it once and fill up a jar to consume it for 2 to 3 days.


What you will need is: 
Carrots sliced ½ kg

Green chilies 10 cut into long slices

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Coriander seeds crushed 2 tbsp

Red Chili powder 2 tbsp

Salt 1 ½ tsp

Lemon salt ½ tsp

Oil 1 to 1 ½ cup

Crushed mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Fresh coriander leaves few cut finely

What you will do:

Mix all the seasonings in oil.

Add to it sliced carrots and green chilies.

Mix really well and sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
