To make Bohra white chicken roast curry, you will need:
Chicken 1 kg (cut into 12 to 16 pieces, as you desire)
Tomato 1 sliced
Onion chopped 1
Whole green chilies 2
Green cardamom few
Cloves few
Chopped green chilies 6
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Saffron pinch
Almonds ground 2 tbsp
All spices mixed 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Corriander 1 tbsp

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Take chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate with chopped green chilies, corriander paste and salt. Keep aside for at least half an hour.
Also add yogurt, almond paste into the bowl and now mix very well with hands.
Now take a pan and heat oil in it. Fry onion. Stir and then add ginger garlic paste. Keep stirring.Add the chicken in the oil with whole spices and continue frying.
Pour water and cook on slow for 20 minutes till tender and gravy thickens.
Add whole green chilies, saffron, tomato rings and all spices and continue stirring for a few minutes until ready.
Garnish with boiled egg slices.
