Egg Caramel Pudding Recipe by Shireen Anwer

The Egg and Caramel Pudding by Shireen Anwer is a very perfect one, and you will be left with one of the most awesomest desserts you have ever made. The Egg Caramel Pudding is something liked and appreciated by people of all ages, including toddlers and infants. Healthy and beneficial, something that vastly increases your immunity power.


Milk 2 cups

Eggs 4

Sugar 4 tbsp + another 4 tbsp for caramel base.

Vanilla Essence few drops

Yellow Food Color few drops

Cream 1/2 cup (optional)


Take a Pyrex dish or a heavy steel dish that can be put in an oven.

Add sugar in a small pan and let it burn on low flame until it caramelizes. Pour this molten caramel in the dish instantly and let it set. The caramel base is ready, keep the dish aside.

eggsNow break eggs in a bowl, add sugar and then beat them well. Add all these in milk, add vanilla essence and yellow food colour. Stir very well.

Now pour this entire mixture in the dish in which you had set the caramel base.

Bake the dish inside an oven at 180 degree C for 45 minutes.

Now on cooling, keep the dish in fridge.

Once cold and completely set, cut and serve plain. You can also decorate it with cream if you want.
