
Learn how to make chicken filled squares as seen in the picture above. Again, a very easy yet healthy lunch and snack idea for kids or for yourself.
What you will need:
Samosa Patti (strips) 12 (2 for each square)
Egg 1 beaten
For filling:
Chicken shredded 1/4 cup (boil chicken boneless with pinch of salt, chinese salt, ground black pepper and 1/4 tsp soy sauce)
Green capsicum 1/2 cut into cubes
Spring Onion 2 tbsp cut finely
Green Chillies chopped 1/4 tsp
Black pepper ground 1/4 tsp
Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Chinese Salt 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 – 3 tbsp
How To Make Filling:
In a wok, heat butter. Add all vegetables and seasonings mentioned above. Stir fry and add shredded chicken too. Fry for two minutes. On cooling, add Mayonnaise paste and mix well with a spoon.

How to Make Chicken Squares:
Take two strips and place on top of each other.
Place filling on the top and fold from each direction to get a square
Stick the strips with the beaten egg.
Prepare all the squares in this way.
Deep fry them in hot oil until brown
Serve them hot with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
